EGL: Do you have children?
“No, but I’m a father figure to many. Working at the Boys and Girls Club gave me an opportunity to mentor youth and that was something I really enjoyed. Making a positive difference in someone else’s life is a rewarding experience. I would love to have children of my own one day but I’d rather postpone starting a family until I’m financially secure.”
EGL: Let’s say you’re a new addition to a crayon box. What color would you be and why?
“I would be a black and blue crayon that have been mashed together to create a new color. I enjoy being unique [and] doing things my own way. I don’t want to just blend in with the other colors, but standout.”
EGL: Have you ever been in love. If so, how did you know?
“Tough question, but yes. I knew that I was in love when the other person became a priority in my life. Things that she needed came before my own needs in a healthy way.”
EGL: What would your first date be like? Where would you go and what would you do?
“I would take my date somewhere that has a fun, relaxing environment. Our date would consist of conversation, lots of laughs and most of all a good time. Bowling would be a great choice. My ultimate first ideal date would be taking a road trip, while stopping along the way to sight-see if she’s open for an adventure.”
EGL: Define a successful relationship.
“A successful relationship works; meaning you work together. My parent’s marriage is a great example that I use as a blueprint of how successful relationships work. It takes two people who are willing to compromise and work together as a team through the good, bad, and ugly.”
EGL: Where do you see yourself five years from now?
I want to reach a higher platform in the fitness lifestyle culture. I’ve been doing a lot of planning as I’m working towards my goals. Currently, I have plans to open another gym, upstart a youth program, and travel as a motivational speaker. I want to share my view with the world and help people achieve their goals.
EGL: What special talents to you have?
I enjoy playing sports but I would have to say I’m an all-around jack-of-all-trades. Not being cocky, but confident; I can do anything that I set my mind to do. I’m multitalented.
EGL: How would you describe yourself?
I would describe myself as being ambitious, motivated and focused with a strong work ethics. I stand firm in my beliefs and will stop at nothing to achieve my life goals. Overall, I’m a fun, loving guy.
EGL: What motivates you to put your forth your greatest effort in a relationship?
Growing up and watching my dad be a good husband to my mother inspires me to be the best man I can be. I want to exceed the standards my dad set for me and my siblings. Adding something positive to the woman in my life motivates me to put forth my best efforts in a relationship.
EGL: Why should a woman date you?
First of all, I’m a fine piece of specimen. She would date me because of my beliefs and moral values. She has to love and appreciate my grind and most of all love the person I am; she rocks with me.
