Polka dots over clear coat nail art
This looks is super chic and so easy to execute. Using a dotting tool or a tooth pick simply paint nails clear and after it dries, apply dots in any spring color.
Splatter paint nail art
A beautiful take on a vintage wall paint design but on a smaller scale. There are two ways to apply this design. You can dab different colors on your nail using the brush, or you can pour some polish on to some paper, dip a straw into the paint and blow the polish onto your nails, creating the splatter look. Be sure to cover skin with tape as this can get messy.
Mix & Match pattern w/ a duo or trio of paint
Simply take 2 or 3 polishes that compliment each other well and create a simple design. Use one polish as the base and the other polishes as accents.
Dots & lines
This look was sported during fashion week. The dots are in unexpected places and different sizes which is also a trend this year. The lines are created using colored nail tape.
Color wheel nail art
Using polishes that are close in color create an effortless chic design.
Primary color nails
Such a chic look and very easy to DIY.
