The annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has garnered worldwide attention for its risqué and over the top designs on the catwalk. Last month the sexiest brand in the nation brought the catwalk to New York City, in the heart of Manhattan, The Victoria’s Secret Museum is nestled in the brand’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue. Not only will you find looks from the 2016 show in Paris, you’ll also see some of the most notarized looks from years before.
Which looks exactly? Stella McCartney’s bejeweled body suit with hues of blue, Candice Swanepoel’s dazzling diamond encrusted low-rise number and Devon Windsor’s rainbow colored round wings. All of these iconic looks are available for sight seeing and purchasing at the one of a kind exhibit.
The Victoria’s Secret Museum looks wouldn’t be complete without angel-approved footwear, curated by the Brian Atwood.
There are several jaw dropping lingerie pieces featured in the exhibit. My favorite is the piece flaunted by Alessandra Ambrosio in the 2015 show. That’s right, the hot pink and bright purple combine to make this look one of the most vibrant looks on the runway! I absolutely love the playfulness of the wings and the teal colored bra and panty. Her jewels also added a nice touch.
Amongst all the glitz ,glam and 3 million dollar bras, one will find a beautifully framed roster of every model who has ever walked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
