Rapper Tyga was accused of sending uncomfortable messages to 14-year-old aspiring model and singer, Molly O’Malia.
Molly and her celebrity attorney, Gloria Allred, recently held a press conference where the girl stated, “I knew who he was but I was surprised that he was contacting me. I thought that it could possibly be about my music, but he did not mention that in his initial communication with me.”
She then said “I thought that was strange, but I was thinking he would bring that up in his next message to me. However, he didn’t mention it in the next message.”
Molly claims that Tyga asked to Facetime her and that’s when she started feeling uneasy. People started accusing Molly of breaking up Tyga and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, and that is why she decided to come forward.
Tyga’s team finally spoke out against the 14-year-old’s accusations. His manager, Anthony Martini, told TMZ that he was only contacting her for business purposes. He also stated that Tyga reached out to her because she was Instagram famous with 50K followers and he wanted her to join his label, Last Kings.
Molly claimed Tyga asked to FaceTime her and that is not false, but he only wanted to hear her sing. Tyga was not alone when asking the singer to Factime, he was in the studio with producers.
Molly allegedly told Tyga she was 17-years-old when he asked, not 14. Tyga’s team put out screenshots of him and Molly’s conversation for everyone to see.
Molly O’Malia’s attorney has not spoken out yet about what Tyga’s rep had to say. This is a messy situation, and it’s only going to get more interesting. We’ll keep you updated as this story unfolds.
