President Obama made headlines by making his way to Cuba on March 22, which is the first time a U.S. President visited the country since former President Calvin Coolidge in 1928, but he also ruffled some feathers by attending a baseball game and participating in “the wave.” He turned major heads (negatively and positively) when he traveled to Argentina later in the week and was invited to do the tango, in which he hesitantly accepted.
