Valentine’s Day has come and gone but there are still plenty of reasons why you deserve to feel like royalty. Whether you’re spoiling yourself or being spoiled by your amazing significant other, make sure you have at least one expensive perfume on your shopping list. From Chance by Chanel to Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent, you have many fragrances to choose from that will make you feel like a million bucks – even if it seems like it costs that. Here’s why it’s worth it:

If you smell good, you look good. If you look good, you feel good. Between relationship drama, cramps, and best friend breakups, it’s important that we take every opportunity to feel good. Between all of the curveballs life throws at us, it almost becomes a task to remain in a good mood for a week straight. Wearing expensive perfume encourages you to look good, which in turn makes you FEEL amazing.

There are gorgeous men then there are gorgeous men who wear cologne that makes us want to melt in their arms. Which one do we all prefer? If we like men who wear cologne then we can all assume men like women who smell good as well. Your smell alone could be what will lead to you actually having a valentine next year!

There was a reason why you weren’t allowed to wear perfume when you were younger. Not the good stuff, at least. Every woman should own an expensive perfume for the days she feels her skin glowing, her heart full of joy, and her butt getting bigger. Those are the days she feels the most confident and confidence is sexy. Expensive perfume is one of those things that have the power to bring you out of your shell and boost your confidence. Owning at least one will guarantee that you’ll go from cute (shy) to sexy (confident) at least a few times this year.

  1. Great article. Do you recommend any good perfumes? I’d like to start wearing an expensive one, but there are so many out there; not sure which to choose.
