Halloween is that time of the year when celebrities combine the best of both the scary and creative worlds to temporarily channel a life, look and personality completely different than their own. While we are all on edge in anticipation of this year’s choice of costumes, it would almost be pointless if there were no parties in which all of these can be displayed. Here’s a few of the celebrities we secretly wish would have a Halloween party, so we could attend.
A year ago, Heidi Klum took the world by surprise when she showed up to her own Halloween party looking nearly identical to Jessica Rabbit. That alone was enough to spark curiosity about this year’s bash because there’s no doubt she’ll take it seriously. She is bound to have a diverse crowd ranging from J-Lo to Gigi Hadid.
Similar to Heidi, Fabolous and his family with Emily B. take Halloween to another level as they usually go down as having the best and most creative group costumes. Coupling that with the star studded 90s themed birthday party Fab had last year, there’s no telling what would go down if he threw his own Halloween party! With rumors of a breakup with Emily, would there be any family costumes involved?
If last year was any indication of what to expect this year, a Halloween party thrown by Ciara would be a definite MUST. The star studded event featured appearances from Beyonce as Storm as well as great friends Kelly Rowland and LaLa, all of whom were unidentifiable under the guise of their superhero outfits. Considering her birthday just passed, the double celebration would be all the more reason to turn up. Let’s not forget, with the recent announcement of her pregnancy with husband Russell Wilson, she might want to take advantage of her last few months of being extremely mobile.
Mariah Carey may often be referred to as a Diva, but the truth is, that makes for a better, more high-quality event. Her Halloween parties tend to be family oriented, which allows her time to show out with her lovely twins Monroe and Moroccan. Since Mariah was ahead of the game this year, she’s already thrown her annual bash, ditching last year’s witch costume to be a sexy devil (how ironic is this evil theme)? Roe dressed up as Tangled‘s Flynn Rider and ex-husband Nick Cannon and Roc were the dynamic duo: Mario and Luigi. Tamar Braxton showed up as well as Tiny Harris and Floyd Mayweather, who ironically were captured in the same photo. Wish we would have gotten an invite.
Last but not least, the man whose expertise just might include throwing the best parties ever: Diddy. This time last year, he threw a Ciroc Emperor Ball, where he proudly assumed the role of an emperor. After touring around the country, this might be the perfect opportunity to celebrate Bad Boy’s success. The word around town, however, is his son Justin Combs may be having a Halloween bash instead. Let’s hope he inherited his father’s party throwing skills.
This year, many have decided to dress up as the late Prince for Halloween festivities. Little do many know, he was infamous for throwing these extravagant events at his Paisley Park mansion. If he were alive, we would definitely be down to attend a Halloween party at his house.
