Labor day is usually classified as the end of summer; however, summer technically has a few more weeks to go. For some people closing out summer is the best thing they’ve heard but for others it means extremely cold weather to come. Transitioning from one season to another can be a hassle. However, here are 5 tips to help you embrace the rest of your summer and transition into fall.
One last trip to the beach won’t hurt anyone. Grab your swimsuit and refreshing drinks and enjoy a day at the beach. Take some pictures because it will be a while before you see another beach day.
Nothing says summer like barbecue and crab boils. Grab your friends and enjoy a good old end of the summer party. This will help you mentally prepare for whatever is to come in the fall and winter.
It’s time to put away those hot girl shorts and bring out your jeans and lightweight jackets. Take this time to remove all of your summer clothing and organize/ wash your fall items.
Annual Heating Check
You haven’t utilized your heat in months and therefore, it might not work properly. Turn on your heat to make sure that it works or call a technician to come and check it out. The worse thing that you can possibly do is wait until its cold and find out your heat is broke.
Load up on your favorite fall foods, such as marshmallows, hot cocoa, and pumpkin spices.
Fall is a season that screams out warmth, cozy time and fashionable clothing. Don’t let the end of summer blues get to you when there is so much to look forward to in the fall.
