Rihanna slays the new cover of British Vogue in a blinged out cowboy hat for their April issue. The “Work” singer has been busy this year with her recently released Anti album and the launch of her Puma collection. Now, Rihanna is collaborating with none other than Manolo Blahnik.
CEO of Manolo Blahnik, Kristina Blahnik, told British Vogue that she’s excited about her uncle, Manolo Blahnik, and Rihanna’s collaboration.
“We firmly believed the two of them working hand-in-hand together with their creativity would achieve something totally unique and very special – we are really, really excited for the collection to launch.”
And they have! The April issue of British Vogue released the “Denim Dessert” collection. The denim-inspired line will be released May 5th and will feature six limited edition styles. The Rihanna x Manolo Blahnik “Denim Dessert” collection features sequins and embroidery influenced by Rihanna’s henna hand tattoos.

The collection includes denim “9 to 5” thigh high boots and open toe sandals. Rihanna describes the thigh high boots as “dangerous!” in her British Vogue spread. The singer continued to say, “If you’re trying to get back home to your bed, don’t wear them boots! You will get kidnapped in those boots, those boots are trouble.”
This collection will be sold in Manolo Blahnik stores in New York, London and Hong Kong, prices are expected to range from $895 to $3,995.
