Bust out the wine, Chinese delivery and chocolate covered cherries! There are timeless love stories that take us from two single people who don’t know each other to a couple whose heart beats on the same wavelength. These movies will spark a nostalgia that makes married folk look at each other lovingly and spruce up the at-home date night.

Think Like A Man shows a game of cat and mouse when a group of hot men turn the tables on their women after discovering the women have been using advice from a dating book. As a funny take on modern romance, this film will surely have you laughing your way to love. Serving sexiness in the form of Michael Ealy, Terrence J and Romany Malco, and true beauty reincarnated through Meagan Good, Gabrielle Union and Taraji P. Henson, the characters in this movie are certainly easy on the eyes.

Jumping the Broom brings family secrets to a head. You will relate to many of the relatives portrayed, such as the over-bearing mother and the can’t-get-right uncle. Still, Sabrina (Paula Patton) and Jason (Laz Alonzo) find a way to get back to love.

Love Jones *snap, snap, snap* merges love and relationships in a never before seen mesh of neo-soul music and spoken word. You fall in love over and over through this deep, artistic romance with Darius (Larenz Tate) and Nina (Nia Long).

Love & Basketball offers the quintessential tale of first loves in a ‘boy meets girl’ sense. You root for Sidney (Sanaa Lathan) and Quincy (Omar Epps) to get it together in love, and excel in the game of basketball.

Jason’s Lyric found a way to make non-complacency sexy. Striving for a better life, Lyric (Jada Pinkett Smith) pulls Jason (Allen Payne) into her empire state of mind with love and far-reaching vision.

Just Wright finds Scott (Common) trapped in his world of cubic zirconias looking for a diamond. In walks Leslie (Queen Latifah) who shows him what’s real, while helping him get back to the game that he loves. Only this time, it’s with her by his side.

Poetic Justice shows two young, real-life icons acting their butts off as Justice (Janet Jackson) and Lucky (Tupac Shakur). They break down the walls built around each other’s heart and offer a few good laughs while doing it. “Remember me? Lucky…little Lucky?”

Daddy’s Little Girls shows ultra-fine Monty (Idris Elba) getting repeatedly beat down in life, even as he tries to take care of his three daughters. Though Julia (Gabrielle Union) takes a little convincing due to the ‘standards’ of what she wants in a man, she comes around to see that his heart is pure gold.

The Best Man reminds us why we love our friends! Taye Diggs, Terrence Howard and the rest of the all-star cast reconnect through a series of highs and lows with lusty memories and exposed secrets.
