We all know how difficult being pregnant and giving birth is, but nothing compares to the dreaded snapback. If you’re still struggling with the baby weight, take a note from these celebrities that managed to snapback into their pre-baby bodies before most of us finished our maternity leave.
We love to watch Kandi Burruss on the hit Bravo T.V. series Real Housewives of Atlanta, but we loved seeing her post baby body even more. Kandi has credited breastfeeding as the major way she was able to get her shape back so quickly. Not only that, Kandi has been quoted saying that she is actually smaller than she was before she got pregnant. Way to go!
She was our guilty pleasure when she and husband, Ice-T, had their own show, Ice Loves Coco. But now that she has a new show, Ice and Coco, and her new baby, Chanel, she has become an obsession. Coco did face some backlash during her pregnancy for having such a small bump until late in her pregnancy, but it’s obvious that it has worked to her advantage. In just a single week after giving birth, she was back down to that curvy body that first put her on everybody’s radar. You go Coco!
Guardians of the Galaxy star, Zoe Saldana, gave birth to twins in 2015 and has said that it was difficult and trying for her to get back to her pre-baby body. Naturally slim, she has said that at her heaviest, she was 185 lbs. But with a strict workout routine and lots of determination this Latina beauty has succeeded in having one of the most enviable post baby bodies ever.
After only 2 months since giving birth to son, Josey, Naya Rivera looks incredible. The former Glee star let her fans know that by January, just 4 months post baby, she was only 4 lbs. away from being at her goal weight. Though mums the word on that specific number or her workout routine, we can’t help stare at all those curves. Congratulations, Naya; you look great!
Not only did Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert deliver their baby themselves in her bathtub, but 6 days later the snapback on this girl is the stuff of dreams. She had one of the best bodies in Hollywood before giving birth and the same can be said for afterward. Just 2 months after giving birth, her body is insane. Teyana has the crown for the fastest and best snapback of all time.
We all can’t be celebs or bounce back from pregnancy like they can, but we can take what they do and use it as our own inspiration for our post baby bodies. No matter what you look like after having your little bundle of joy, you have proven that you are a true warrior. All hail the moms, at any size, at any stage of the snapback.
