Jennifer Lopez is coming back to a TV screen near you and this time it’s not for “American Idol.” J. Lo will be partnering with NBC for her very own dance competition series.

The show will include 10 episodes and it will be titled “World of Dance.” It hasn’t been revealed if Lopez will appear on camera or not.

The “Ain’t Your Mama” singer released a statement about the upcoming series:

This will be a fierce talent-heavy dance competition that embraces the raw emotion and excitement that dance represents,” she continued. “I am excited to work with World of Dance, an organization that has had an immeasurable impact on the dance community, to give all dancers an enormous platform where their dreams can be realized.”

Auditions have already started. The show will put dance groups against each other in several rounds with the winners walking away with $1 million in prizes.

Emmy Award-winning choreography team Nappytabs will be helping with the show. This team choreographed Jennifer’s Las Vegas residency show “All I have,” and has worked with Madonna in the past.

There is no date yet on when the show will air. Congrats Jennifer Lopez on your new gig!
