They are heirs to the throne. Hip Hop royalty are the three young princes – Quincy, Justin, and Christian, the real life sons of entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The Bad Boy Empire is where they reign. Diddy phraseology says it best, “Now that’s that ‘ish’ right there!” They are the real growing up Hip Hop at it’s best!
He’s dope! And he’s not afraid to be a star. It’s lights, camera, action for the eldest of the trio – actor, model, and singer Quincy Brown. Although he doesn’t share the famous Comb’s surname (his biological father is ‘80s R&B crooner Al B. Sure), he is still claimed as one of Diddy’s kids. Raised in the home of one of the premier artist development executives, Sean Combs, as his father figure, Quincy has been groomed for the spotlight. He’s had cameo appearances in music videos including one for Justin Bieber. He’s also a singer and songwriter who has penned and recorded a personal tune for his father, who he felt was absentee in his life. But Quincy has proved that he is a son to be proud. In his breakout role as Jaleel in the hit movie “Dope”, Quincy lured in plenty of fans and received lots of attention as he showed off his acting chops. Be on the lookout for more cinematic action from Q!
And then there is Justin Combs, the handsome scholar/athlete soon to be college graduate. Justin’s name was in lights even as a toddler, as it was the moniker for Diddy’s trendy celebrity-filled restaurants in New York City and Atlanta. He is the first blood-related son born to both Sean Combs and mother, Kim Porter. No longer just a cute face, Justin is ready to begin life as a business man, following in his father’s footsteps. His first public venture, TONITE, was conceptualized with fellow student-athlete, Kene Orijoke. The operation will be a full service entertainment company, specializing in event hosting, real estate development, music management, and technology. Justin plans to start with event execution, which will help catapult the other divisions of the brand and aid in his philanthropic endeavors. Justin epitomizes the proverbial “like father, like son.” Expected to launch in Los Angeles later this year and in New York City the next calendar year, we can’t wait for TONITE!
Last but not least, the youngest of the brothers is Christian Combs. If you didn’t know better, you would think that Diddy had baby boy cloned. Christian is the mirror image of a young “Puff Daddy” in his youth and even now. Not only does he have his looks, he has swagger and a “diddy bop” to match. As the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, Christian’s 16th birthday was epic … he literally made a movie, entitled “Swervin’ Sweet 16”!
Soon to be 18 years old, the sky’s the limit for Christian Combs.
EGL is loving how the Hip Hop mini-mes are living. They might have been born with silver spoons, but they have a whole lot of hard work ahead of them, that’s for sure.
