“I woke up in a new Bugatti!”….
Remember that infamous rap lyric rapped by Future in the 2013 song “Bugatti?” Well it looks like he won’t be just be raping about Bugattis anymore. 82 year-old designer Giorgio Armani and Atlanta rapper Future are modeling for Armani’s capsule collection with luxury car manufacturer Bugatti- Giorgio Armani for Bugatti.
Scheduled to drop autumn/winter 2016-2017, the collection was created to “offer customers products that are distinguished by top-quality materials and the skill evident in [their] creation.” The target customer for the collection is an active, sophisticated man who seeks exclusive luxury items. We’re guessing Future is that type of guy.
The pair were able to model the collection with a $2.6 million Bugatti. Hey, the car needed some camera shine too. The collection consist of accessories and garments made out of fabrics like cashmere, calf skin, and croc suede. It ranges from wallets, overnight bags, belts, and IPad covers to coats, sweaters, and sneakers. Bugatti left its stamp with its brand-famous horseshoe used as pendants for the bags, and its brand blue colour used in bag linings, interior pockets and shoe insoles. The color palette used for the collection was cognae, army green, and blue. Just the right colors for this coming fall.
The garments and accessories will be created in limited editions and numbers with the special logo: Giorgio Armani for Bugatti. Check out Future and Giorgio’s photo shoot and pieces from the collection down below!
