DJ Drama is back at it again with quality street music and he brought some heavy hitters with him! Earlier this week the 38-year-old Philadelphia native released his new single “Boyz in the Hood” off of his highly anticipated fifth studio album Quality Street Music 2.
The single features some of the music industries most lyrical lyricist from Pusha T, Ty Dolla $ign, and another Philadelphia native, Meek Mill. The recently released street anthem allowed the artist to express themselves and speak out on the struggles they have faced in their communities. Meek Mill and Pusha T share their verses of incarceration and dealing with the justice system, while R&B artist Ty Dolla $ign sings a heartfelt melody on the hook.

Each artists made sure to deliver themselves on this single, even DJ Drama himself had a few words of self- expression. As the track came to a clos, Drama left his audience with some words they’ll be able to think on forever.
