Angela Rye is a force to be reckoned with, for those who aren’t familiar with her, here are some facts: First,Angela Rye is an American Attorney and the Principal and CEO of IMPACT Strategies which is a political advocacy firm in Washington, DC. Rye is also an political commentator on CNN and an NPR political analyst.
Angela Rye duke it out with Mary Katharine Ham on the Anderson Cooper 360, Monday Night. After discussing Congressman Devin Nunes’ comments about the investigation into Trump’s wiretapping claims, Rye was fed up with the media for not discussing the “Real Issues,” instead of talking about “Fake News.”
After conservative commentator Mary Katharine Ham says that she had “no chill” for any administration wiretapping any individual, Rye clapped back and talked racism, missing DC girls and fake news.
“Speaking of no chill, I don’t have any either. We’re talking about Donald Trump once again throwing a story line instead of talking about missing D.C. girls, instead of us talking about a white supremacist that killed a black man and had plans to kill more black people just because of who they were, instead of talking about the healthcare debacle we’re talking about something that didn’t happen that your president can’t even spell, “tap.” I’m directing that to anybody else besides me.”
Rye also goes on to speak about Obama and how it would be if the shoes was on the former President’s foot.
“I think the bigger issue that I have, speaking of having no chill, is that if this would have been under the Obama Administration, there would be no end to this. Barack Obama had to be the next best thing to Jesus and here we are just two months and some change in, and there is issue after issue.”
Angela Rye is the perfect person to put those in their place if needed. It is time we stop giving President Donald Trump more attention than the issues that is more important. Our girls are missing, and white supremacist are killing black-men. It is time to stick with the issues.
