Something sweet, light, and classy for a Queen in the morning, dressed with a nice champagne Mimosa, or tall orange glass depending on the event. As a queen you’re able to make this breakfast yourself or easily share the reciepe with your chef.

FRENCH TOAST

  • 4 pieces of Bread
  • 1/2 cup French Vanilla coffee creamer
  • 2 tps. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cinnamon shakes

FRIED APPLES

  • 1 can fried apples
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • salt

EGGS

  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper

GRITS

  • Grit grains
  • Water

MIMOSAS

  • 3/4 cup Champagne
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Begin with French Toast and make your batter. Combine all listed ingredients together expect the bread and cinnamon then beat until a nice gooey texture. Once your stove top is hot enough to quick fry your toast dip both sides of bread into batter and fry on a lightly coated pan to both sides.

Frying your apples will be very easy. Open the can and drain most syrup. Pour remains into skillet on medium hot stove and let simmer. Add brown sugar butter and salt to your liking.

The fun part about eggs is there are a billion different ways to make them. I prefer sunny side up eggs, but feel free to fry or scramble them according to your taste buds.

One thing about grits, it’s all in the wrist. With a light boil add more water to the grits depending on how thick you want them. Stir often, and it should always be more grits then water because the hot water expands the grits.

Once all of your sides are completed bring them together on a plate. Keep the grits in a side bowl so they won’t spill through the plate. Your apples should go on top of the French toast giving it a healthy syrup taste and moisture. With a glass of your very own chilled champagne mimosa garnished with a strawberry. A tall glass of orange juice to give that extra energy boost is also great for the queen’s accompanying princess.
