Whether you hate him or love him, rapper and business genius Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is here to stay. Proving with no plans of slowing down, the multi-talented artist will co-star in a new film called Den of Thieves, which is set to be released in 2018.

The “I Get Money” hit maker is no stranger to the big screen with over 20 film credits and some of which he produced.

According to Deadline, “Den of thieves follows the intersecting and often personally connected lives of an elite unit of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department and the state’s most successful bank robbery crew as they plan a seemingly impossible heist on the Federal Reserve Bank of downtown Los Angeles.”

The movie will be written and produced by screen writer Christian Gudegast, who also wrote A Man Apart and London Has Fallen, which is now available on Netflix.

This news comes shortly after 50 announced on Instagram that he was moving on to a new project after “Power” was snubbed by the Golden Globes.

“ I’m on the move again, Golden Globe’s can suck a d**k. I accept my series POWER was not intended to be a signature show for the network but is the highest rated show. I know my audience very well; I’m done promoting this outside my contractual obligations. SEASON 4 KANAN MUST DIE, I got other shit to do.”

50 is the executive producer of the hit drama series “Power” and he also stars as the show’s villain, Kanan. There’s a possibility that 50 will pass the torch to boxing champ Floyd Mayweather to produce the show.

No word yet on who will be casted alongside 50, but be on the lookout for Den of Thieves in 2018. Filming will take place next month in Atlanta, Georgia.
