OH NO, It’s Moving Time! As exciting as it can be to get away from the kids who can’t stop stomping above you. The mean next door neighbor who seems to feed every stray animal in the world.Moving out is not so easy because we want to make sure that along with our belongings comes a security deposit in tow. A deposit may or may not be given back if the apartment/home is not in good condition. We have one thing in common and that is when it is time for us to move out we would like it to be in its original state at move out. So I have gather four move out hacks that will have your home looking like it did at move in.

Tip # 1 Good Bye Grout!

  • Material:
  • Tooth Brush
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 5 drops of tea tree
    Over a period of time our showers and tile sometimes get mildew and mold in between the cracks. Many maintenance will come out and remove the stains for you but if it is not taking care before out. The landlord will charge a mildew/mold removal fee. How do you avoid such charges? It is easy to remove the grout. Mix together the ingredients listed above and get to scrubbing the cracks! It is a tedious job but it is well worth it.

Tip #2 GoodBye Carpet Stains!

Material:

  • ½ cup of Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • Vacuum Cleaner

Rub the solution over the stains and let it dry. Once it is dry vacuum.

Tip #3 Clean Walls

Material:

  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • ½ tbsp of borax
  • Sponge
  • Swifter mop

Say farewell to those awful fingerprints or crayon markings. Remove nails,thumbtacks, and anything else from the wall. You want to dust the cracks of the wall and then you can prepare to clean.Once you have mixed the following ingredients listed. Now you can wipe down your walls and have spic and span walls in no time.

Tip # 4 Peace out grease stains!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of dish soap (dawn)
  • 6 cups of warm water
  • Dish Cloth

Our kitchen appliance has some of the most unwanted stains due to food spilling or cooking. In order to get rid of the stains you can use the above ingredients listed. Once you have mixed together the ingredients clean your appliance and let it sit for some hours and clean as usual.

Move out day will be a piece of cake if you apply the following hacks. No more worrying about the security deposit these tips are money back guaranteed and if you don’t believe me just try it for yourself. This DIY can be under ten dollars!
