As the seasons change, we realize that our food palette does too. Here are three delicious cocktails that we should all try this season.
Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
- 1 oz Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice
- 1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1.5 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Combine Baileys Pumpkin Spice, Captain Morgan, and vanilla ice cream in a highball glass. Top with cola and stir. Garnish with mint.

Apple Cider Mimosas
- 1 bottle champagne
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
On a small plate, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims, then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider, then top off with champagne.
Hard Cider Sangria
- 1 cup quartered and thinly sliced green and red apples
- 1 naval orange quartered and thinly slices
- 1 cup apple juice, chilled
- ¼ cup apple brandy
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
In a pitcher, combine the apples with the orange, apple juice, lemon juice, and brandy. Just before serving, add the hard cider. Serve in tall glasses over ice
